    Good morning. Sorry about that. It looks like a rash due to a bacterial skin infection. Is it itching her? Any fever? How old is your daughter? How long has the rashes been there?

    she's 3 months and 2 weeks and there is no fever. I don't think it itches her but sometimes she tries to scratch her head. it's been there for almost two weeks.

    Ok. What you can do is to apply funbact-A cream 3xdaily to the area. This will clear up the rash. Also add Syrup VitC 1.5ml 3x daily. Use savlon or detol in her bathing water at least twice daily. If the rashes show no signs of clearing in a few days, she may need antibiotic treatment. Unfortunately I can't prescribe that for her here. You may need to take her to a pediatrician. Take care
