    The excessive vomiting caused some section of your oesophagus to rupture and bleed. Once you are calmer and the vomiting has gone down, you won't see the blood again. Keep calm. If however in the next 48 hours, you still see blood, please visit a hospital.

    oesophagus rupture how....that's not good....vomiting has subsided but I still feel the pains in my stomach.....

    Yes. The force of trying to expel the content of your stomach could lead to a tear in the covering of the oesophagus/stomach. It sounds bad but it is not that bad. Usually subsides within 48 hours latest without any need for treatment at all. Avoid extremely hot or cold foods for now. And of course stay off alcohol for now. You can take Tab Paracetamol for the abdominal pain. You will be fine.
