Hello madam. It is a lot of work and commitment to lose weight but it is possible. You need to change your diet and times you eat. Eat more whole grains, nuts, lean protein, less carbs more fruits and vegetables. Never skip breakfast, make sure you eat small portions several times a day to keep your metabolism running. Eat diner at least 3 hours after bed, if you need to eat after then vegetables like carrots and cucumber are better. Exercise too can be helpful. All thr best madam.
