    Hello madam. It is a lot of work and commitment to lose weight but it is possible. You need to change your diet and times you eat. Eat more whole grains, nuts, lean protein, less carbs more fruits and vegetables. Never skip breakfast, make sure you eat small portions several times a day to keep your metabolism running. Eat diner at least 3 hours after bed, if you need to eat after then vegetables like carrots and cucumber are better. Exercise too can be helpful. All thr best madam.

    Whole grain bread, pasta instead of the usual white ones. Rolled oats too is good. If you must eat eggs just the egg white is good. Lean protein like chicken, turkey without the skin, fish too is good especially tuna and salmon. I hope you find this helpful.

    Is your menses irregular? Do you have any other symptoms? You need to have a hormonal profile done to confirm this. You should see your Gynecologist for that.
