HELLO MADAM....YES IT IS VERY VERY possible. I HAVE HAD PATIENTS WHO WERE BREAST FEEDING and not seeing thier periods GET PREGNANT WITHIN 11 WEEKS AND WITHIN 4MONTHS AFTER DELIVERY...while it offers protection, its not 100%...and we always advice some extra protection anywhere.at least where I work.

Yes....this happens..And I have personally seen it happen many many many times.this is why we advice additional contraception even as early as 3 weeks after delivery. most women when they breastfeed properly,do have the protection against pregnancy but it's never absolute.

hi...Good afternoon.kegel exercises are exercises used to strengthen the vaginal and pelvic floor muscles.basically it's the same thing you do to hold your hold urine while peeing...just imagine stopping the flow of urine.do that multiple times a day. That's basically it. Squeeze these muscles for 3 seconds. Then relax for 3 seconds. ... Add 1 second each week until you are able to squeeze for 10 seconds each time. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session. ... Don't do Kegels while you urinate.
