    Good afternoon. Sorry about that. How did the pain start? Was there trauma or a fall perhaps? Does the pain involve the whole arm or a particular spot? Any associated chest pain? I can really say what the problem is because I can examine you physically. But your answers to above questions will give me a better understanding of the situation. Thanks

    there was no trauma or fall. I woke up one morning and started feeling the pains. the pain is from just below my elbow to the tip of my fingers.

    Ok. Sorry for the pain. Since the pain started on waking from sleep, it may have to do with your sleeping position which may have compressed a nerve in your arm leading to the pain. You you can do is try to stretch your arm several times. Massage with neurogesic gel. Take tab ibuprofen 400mg 2x daily with food (assuming you don't have peptic ulcer). The pain should subside. Take care
