HELLO,APART FROM A LAB,HAS HE SEEN A DOCTOR... Typhoid and hookworms dont cause significant lwg swelling to the best of my knowledge. Causes of leg swelling include, heart problems, liver, kidney problems, immobility, leg vein problems, lymphatic obstruction from as high as he groin.he needs a proper workup with a dr physically, blood tests and scans to decipher why his legs are swelling.
