Hello, Sorry about that. How many children do you have now? Are you currently breast feeding or you have just stopped? Do you notice if you have lost some weight recently? Reply me, we can start from there. Thanks

It's OK. You don't have to be ashamed. As you know, not being able to see what you are describing will limit my judgement and because of that it will be good if you see a Doctor, who will further examine you. However I will advise you to do the following for now - avoid loose bra, wear the one that fits your breasts - do chest exercise, this helps build the muscle of your chest and indirectly helps the firmness of your breast - some have suggested the use of home remedies like Olive oil. you can give it a try but note that it has not been proven to be effective medically but no harm in trying. - you can also see a plastic surgeon for a reconstructive surgery.

Hello, Chest exercise involves things you do to make your chest wall muscles stronger and firm. 'Push-up' is an example. I'm sure you are familiar with that. Another exercise that you can do involves lying on your back on a flat gym or workout bench while you use weights to perform chest flies. Your gym instructor will instruct you further on other forms of chest exercises that you can do. I'm sorry, as I've said earlier, I would love to advise you better than this but this will require that I examine you physically which you will agree is not possible on this platform. That's why I suggested you see your Doctor for that. If you have other questions, I'm here to help. Take care
