Good evening. What you have just described is completely normal. This is because during the first round, your excitement is usually high and you would tend to reach orgasm and ejaculation faster. But with subsequent rounds, the excitement diminishes and you would last longer. There are things you can do yo last longer during the first round like increasing the amount of time for foreplay. Do not always be in a rush to penetrate. Also pausing in between thrusts and continuing would help you last longer. Another thing is the use of condoms to help dull the sensations. Lastly, try to distract your self during the sex by thinking about something unrelated. I believe all these will help prolong ejaculation for you. If you have further questions please let me know. Cheers

Ok. Sorry about that. It may have started due to stress or being overworked, or even your posture whole sitting for a long time. The pain is likely musculoskeletal. Please see if you can get someone to massage the area for you while lying facedown. Exercises and stretches will also help to relieve the pain. Take pain relief only when the pain becomes unbearable. Eventually, it would subside.

Asides from plastic surgery and fat injection, there is no drug that will help you to increase your penile size. You would have to see a urologist for more assistance and review about this. Thanks
