The symptoms of bacterial vaginosis are mainly presence of a yellowish (or creamy) vaginal discharge with a fishy— or raw egg smell in the case of Trichomoniasis. It is important you get treated because the infection can ascend and become a PID which is more dangerous as it can affect fertility and predisposes to ectopic pregnancies too. It's very important you visit a gynaecologist as soon as possible.
