Hello, sorry about that. How long has this been? Are you stressed or under pressure? Do you sleep well? Any eye pain or discharge? On a scale of 1 to 10 how bad is the headache? Do you have an idea of your blood pressure?

Hello, you recall the date so well, did anything happen on 18th August 2016? It appears to be a tension headache and shouldn't be anything to worry about. What drugs have you used?

Hello, was getting to the ankle. If you have an ulcer the drug options are greatly limited however you can use Cocodamol 2 tablets twice daily. I believe you can get it over the counter. Do you wear heels regularly or was there any trauma to the ankle? Rest, ice, and elevating the foot may help. Same drug should also help the ankle. If pain severe then you will need an xray

Hello, it is possible to have headache in relation to your cycle especially if it comes at a particular period it may be due to a drop in your estrogen at that period. You can use pain relievers or apply ice to that part of the head.
