"Since 8 month ago, i have gave birth to my first child (baby boy)through operation, i breast feed him regularly, but since then i have not once see my menstruation and i do not take any acidic drug or prevention. Please what cause it and what is the way out?"

    Hello madam...This is not entirely unusual and it's fairly common to not see your period while you are still actively breastfeeding feeding.you seem to still be breastfeeding feeding your baby so I am not surprised you are still not seeing your menses.once you STOP BREASTFEEDING, Your periods will most likely return within 5 to 6 weeks.bresastfeeiding post delivery helps prevent you getting pregnant most times.its called lactational amenorrhoea (no periods).
