Sorry about your discomfort.
It is good that you have visited a hospital and a diagnosis of fungal infection has been made.
However, in addition to the antifungal drugs given to you, non-pharmacological supportive care is very important too.
You may need to change your undies to prevent re-infection. As much as possible you also should keep the area lest wet/moist. Wear free undies, clean up the area before going to bed.
If in addition to the drugs you're still not seeing considerable improvement, kindly go back to the doctor for a review.
