hello, the bearer of this result is positive for hepatitis and the person is having the virus replicating in his or her system as evidenced by the HBV core and envelope and its a recent infection.the person must be evaluated by a gastroenterologist and placed on drugs.

it's not a recent infection, at least been known for 5yrs, pls talk about the viral load too, then according to my research.. said IgM anti-hbc is another marker to show if it's chronic or acute

yes, that anti Hepatitis B core antigen shows that the infection has been on for sometime such that your system has started to develop antibodies to fight The infection. The hepatitis B surface antigen viral load above shows increased risk of active replication because it is high.what you should do as soon as possible is see a gastroenterologist in a teaching hospital or federal medical center. There are more tests to be done such as liver function test to determine the functionality of the Liver.Even Abdominal ultrasound is indicated. What is the state of this patient? what are the complaints?

no health condition as of now.. what is the minimum viral load per ml on a very low range
    Dr. Femi O answered:

still see a gastroenterologist before the absent problems begin to show up.meanwhile HBsAg level < 1000 IU/mL may be used to define minimal viral activity.

hello, its good you have paid to see a specialist. I assure you its the best choice meanwhile, your Liver function test shows elevated direct bilirubin. The level is kept low by the liver(one of the functions of the liver).yours is not very high, but care is needed which the gynecologist will give.do you have yellowness of the eyes at the moment?
