Hello, you've said yourself that you are anxious, maybe you can start by working on that as that may be the cause of your palpitations. What do you think is causing the anxiety?

Hello sorry about that. You can start by facing your fears and saying positive things to yourself like it's just a feeling, it's something I can handle, I am okay, it won't kill me. Such positive statements will help you face it. Do not take on more than you can handle at a time. You can also try breathing exercises where you take deep breaths, hold it and release slowly, that may also help. What is your bp reading?

Okay. That is quite high for your age. I will have to advice you to go to the hospital and see a doctor, you will need to do an ECG and chest xray.

Hello, yes. Your bp will be rechecked, if it is not too high you may be placed on anti anxiety medications while you do the tests and when you return your bp will be checked. If it remains high you will be placed on antihypertensive drugs.
