Neither Typhoid or Epilepsy would make you feel what you described. It could be spasms, it could be arthritis—if there's also pain—and it could be completely normal. "I need you to" visit a hospital or clinic so it can be checked by a doctor.
I'm sorry I can not tell you the drugs to treat Typhoid fever with—like you "need me to"— for these reasons:
treatment for Typhoid should only be after a diagnosis has been made by a doctor who has seen you, asked relevant questions, examined you and ordered for the appropriate test(s).
2. Drugs for Typhoid are not Over The Counter(OTC) drugs and hence, you (ideally) need a doctor's prescription to get them.
To find a clinic/hospital/doctor close to you, "I need you to" send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have a very pleasant day.
