"my menstruation started on the 18th of December. then yesterday I had small blood spotting. then this evening I removed my pant and found dark discharge. please what could be the cause. I have not experienced this before. below is a picture of the discharge. tnx"

    Good evening. 18 th of December is about two weeks ago. One possibility is an implantation bleed. Meaning if you have been secular active (without protection), there is a chance that you might be pregnant. So, do a pregnancy test to first rule put conception.     Alright madam. Any associated lower abdominal pain. Any discomfort or pain while urinating. At age 30, another possibility is an infection. You may need to see a doctor physically for full abdominal and vagina examination. ...to rule out local vaginal or cervical issues.
