Hello, is this your first pregnancy? Such symptoms occur and are expected, nothing to worry about. Have you registered for Ante natal?

yes it's my first pregnancy and I haven't registered for antenatal. so you mean there's nothing wrong with my stomach and am not having any issue?

Hello, I mean such symptoms are not unusual in early pregnancy. However if they cause you undue distress or it becomes persistent disturbing your day to day life then you have to see a doctor.
