Good morning. Sorry about that. Was the test done recently? If not, I suggest you get a repeat done. If it's negative, then you may have a hormonal imbalance. In which case you need to do a hormone profile test. This should be prescribed by a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Are you taking any contraceptive pills or injection or any drug that might interfere with your menstrual cycle?

the scan and test were done 3weeks ago..in december 2nd i saw blood spotting for 4days but it wasnot my regular menstration.

Ok. Then you need to see a gynecologist for evaluation and to get the tests done. This would lead to the diagnosis and treatment would be commenced there after. If you need help with contacting a gynecologist, you can send an email to findadoctor@kangpe.com and we will assist you with finding one. All the best

My Cycle Planner says that my menstrual cycle is irregular, it usually varies from 2 to 4 days, what can I do about this

Like I said before, you would need to do a hormone profile test when you see a gynecologist. The result would answer a lot of questions concerning your condition.
