    Hello basically I am not clear why the scan was reported with this level of technicality.But basically both longitudinal statements mean the babies spine and the mother's spine are both in the same direction.I.E up to down.ideally your report should state the lie...longitudinal or transverse and then the longitudinal lie can either be presenting as breech(buttocks or legs) or with the head(cephalic presentation).
