"I think I have tonsilitis because my lymph nodes are big. I often have to gaggle warm water and salt to prevent it from swelling. Also I cannot open my mouth fully. secondly, I have constant cold and my throat is always with mucur. kindly assist."

    hi..goodafternoon..sorry about that..saw d attachments..uu ve lymph node swelling too,any cough,fever, throat pain..uu need to see a doctor for documented examinations, do a FBC, throat swab mcs, RVS test..then get reviewd andtreated based on examination and investigation findings...Pls take care

    ok..even if uu do have tonsilitis..its not common in adults compare to children..in adult it occurs in relation mostly to immunosuppressive state..thats y uuneed to get tested to ascertain the cause..then a throat swabmcs, allows take a sample ofthe mucus, culture it then use specific antibioticthat bestworks for it.. I know this look complex somhw,but uu will be just okay...Pls get the test done, then we talk about the best antibiotic from the test..takecare

    multiple questions sir, it's welcomed..thats y we arehere...depending on where uustay,but I prefer d test been done in a teachin hospital setting,meaning uu need to go through thier general outpatient clinic first,adoctor sees an assesses uu...then writes outsimilar investigations...or any standard labs like pathcare,mecure, clinix etc..pls continurthe salt and warmwater gargle, rest well,eat healthy foods..takecare

    hmmm..firstly, uuve being managing this,but not treating the cause..when uu get the cause, other symptoms generally stops..so,y don't we target the cause this time..i know uu ve been worried for so long,pls dont ..cus uu gonna b just okay..takecare sir

    hmmmm....sex aint bad whenever uu want to, so far uu got the strenght to do it..it helps to relax, take some presseure off uu, and makes uu feel alive again..it acceptable if uu want to,cus what makes somone continualy sick, it's that feeling of uu not being able to do things, but if uu can shake it off, do things uu would do on a normal day,live, love..then uu good to go bro...take care sir
