    best bet is to get an inhaler that has steriod as a component. best bet fluticasone/salmeterol comely ceretide or salmeflo 2puffs morning and night for now

    well, this inhaler is basically a combination of low dose steriod to help modify your condition and a long acting salmeterol to give you a relief over a period of time. however most importantly you need an evaluation by a clinician to ascertain the severity of your condition and to do a lung function test. it is very important. i hope this helps
