"I'm a smoker & earlier in the year I started having chest pains. I think this is a direct result of smoking a lot of weed. I'm currently trying to stop (my rate of smoking is much lower than it was in the beginning of the year), but my question is DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE CANCER?!?!? "

hello, we can't use that to say you have cancer. where is the pain? is the pain radiating to any other part of your body? any cough? any difficulty with breathing? any weight loss? you will have to see a doctor for proper assessment and diagnosis. good you're cutting down smoking but it will be the best to stop it totally. all the best

The pain isn't radiating to anywhere else & the is no weight loss at all. I'm just very nervous about it.

sorry about. chest pain is just a symptom which can mean several things from respiratory disorders to cardiovascular disease to musculoskeletal pain. I can't tell you categorically the diagnosis as I can't examine you from here. so just see a doctor who will be able to examine you and order some tests for proper diagnosis and management. just relax and don't be anxious. it is not likely what you're thinking. thanks
