    Hello.Sorry about this...this headache,what part of your head,does it cause any vomiting,what happens to it as the day progresses,does any medication help.Do you use glasses??? do you drink coffee? answers to this will help me try to narrow it down

    its a frontal headache. I don't take coffee. no vomiting. and I prob just forget about it as the day goes by.

    Ok...frontal headaches are a lot of the time tension headaches .tension headaches are basically stress headaches and quite common in women...if you get these constantly and its not amenable to regular over the counter drugs then you may need tricyclic antidepressant, such as amitriptyline combined with behavioral therapies. Behavioural treatment approaches include relaxation therapy, biofeedback, stress management, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.if this still doesn't work,we may have to look at more serious causes of headaches.

    What over the counter drugs can I use for frontal headaches? Paracetamol doesn't seem to work for me until I sleep for a while.

    you may need to try something higher like ibuprofen(always take with food and avoid if you have Tummy ulcers)...
