    Really sorry about that. Are you into any sporting activity? Did you push or pull a heavy object requiring you to strain your thigh muscles? Any swelling? Or warmth on the thigh? I feel it most likely a muscular strain, which a dose of NSAIDs will cure and you could also use methyl salicylate ointment to rub the thigh muscle it will be fine.
