At what age did she start walking?
What is her weight? Because this is also common in children that are fat a little due the effect of their weight on the knee.
Any history of trauma to the knee?
Any swelling? Any associated pain?
Any abnormal gait while walking?
You should take her to see a Paediatrician for expert review.
She may need an X-ray of the knee.
