"Hi doctor, my daughter kept crying profusely yesternight refusing to sleep. Thinking she was in some kind of pain, i gave her paracetamol and vitamin C syrup for her catarrh. She still couldnt sleep till around 2pm when she finally slept. This is the first time i have observed such in her as a toddler."

    Afternoon ma.Excessive crying and irritability is part of signs of distress in little children.Any hottness of the body,any refusal of food,any cough,any vomiting or loose stool.paracetamol isn't a drug for cattarh,I will suggest u take her see a paediatrician to evaluate
