Hello sir. As an asthmatic patient. ..you need to avoid triggers...dust, smoke, dusty rugs or rugs at all, NsAIDS, etc...apart from this,you also need to have your reliever medications at hand (salbutamol).This should be used when you have attacks.if the attacks are too frequent your doctor will prescribe steroid inhalers for you called preventers.Hopefully these will work.If not , there are other medications to consider.start by avoiding triggers and seeing your doctor.
