    Hello madam..The truth is and I'm quoting a reliable source...".you can have a varied diet and enjoy a wide range of foods as long as you eat regularly and make healthy choices. you can make adaptations when cooking meals, such as reducing fat, salt and sugar, and increasing amount of fibre"...This simply means she can eat those things. ..but small quantity(fist size) and increase her vegetable and fruit intake. She doesn't have to stop it all together. her diet MUST still be balanced. hope this helps
