    Hello madam. sorry about this. As a woman ages,it can become increasingly difficult to conceive. Secondly if she does go ahead to conceive there is an increased chance of having babies with conditions such as Downs syndrome. Because of the increased difficulty associated with natural conception, IVF with embryo selection is a viable option, donor eggs or surrogacy is also another viable option. After 13yrs during which I believe you must have been trying; these I would recommend. You would need to see a Gynaecologist for starters. let him reassess your cause of secondary infertility and then advise you aptly. All the best madam
