"I recently scratched what looked like rashes on my top lip now it's become a blister. Its not bleeding or anything. The blister is the size of a dime. Is there anyway to reduce the swelling? As it makes my lip look awkward."

    It would have helped if you had included a picture of blister as this would have assisted in diagnosis and management. But if you plan to reduce the swelling NSAIDs like ibrofen 400mg twice daily preferably after meals for like 3 days will help and a dose of vitamin C 2 tablets three times daily for 5 days, if it doesn't improve in 48 hours get a doctors review to exclude infection. Cheers
