"hi doc,recently about 3weeks now,i cant get full erection like i use to and i get wet easily even staying wit a female,for some years now i do take large intake of sugar and masturbate regularly but i noticed about 3weeks now,i tried having sex with a girl and wasnt pleasureable at all,infact we couldnt becus i culdnt go hard easily and i noticed pain inside my scrotum which was harsh and affected part of my abdomen and a week after i noticed my penis was very weak,no more early morning erection,its as if theres no enough flow of blood into my penis,and my penis seem less hard and i hardly get sexually excited,am thinking this might be a result of the sugar or the masturbation or maybe there is more to it and recently my spern has been really light and smelly, doc am scared becus i dont know how to face my girl friend when i cannot get fully arose,is the any remedy to this or my large intake of sugar has caused me impotent"

    Good morning. Cut down on your sugar intake. Stop masturbation though thus doesn't have anything to do with what you see experiencing. Ask your partner to be more innovative and you two should find means to pleasure you. If this doesn't help you might want to see a Urologist to assess if there's an underlying problem.
