"I do have some involuntary movement like shaking of head, teeth and hand when counting money and d involuntary movement happens when am doing exercise or serving punishment.i noticed in my late grandma that this involuntary movement happens in her hand when she wants to give me money. I found out that I have tremor.how do I cure it because I find it embarrassing and it stops me from doing some things like learning keyboard and holding a mouse.my parent don't know about it because I find it difficult to tell them"

    Hello. I quite understand your plight. It's nothing to be ashamed of. It's of no fault of yours. Your parents should be told so you can receive help. What you have maybe termed Essential tremor, it's a neurological disorder caused by overactive thyroid,cerebellar disease, medication side effects, caffeine overdose, alcohol abuse or addiction anxiety, low blood sugar. There's no cure but you can alleviate symptoms with use of certain drugs which must be prescribed by a doctor.
