Question Asked:

"Hi, I am a software engineer, I tend to do lots of complex reasoning, logic and other technical stuff. I think I may be suffering from mental fatigue. Sometimes, I have things to do but I am not just mentally ready or interested. This makes me to procrastinate. I used to take coffee or energy drink to gain focus, but I may be becoming overweight soon due to large content of glucose in energy drink, or be risking my health to repetitive consumption of caffeine. Is there anything I natural I could do to maintain lasting focus?? "

Thanks for the feedback. I was told that I don't rest due to my late night working trying to meet deadlines. I have stopped that and I have been sleeping early. But why do I have a feeling it's getting worse. Is there any other kind of solution?
