Question Asked:

"Hi, I'm a dark skinned African American male whose nose is noticeably lighter than the rest of my face. This shows up very noticeably in pictures and I wanted to know if there was a way I could gradually darken my nose to match the rest of my face. If possible I obviously don't want to use make up or lighten the rest of my face. Just make my nose darker."

Good afternoon, you might need to see a dermatologist to recommend a cream to use for skin darkening. The commoner ones are creams to lighten the remaining part of the skin around the discoloration. Take care

Ok thank you, I know that already but I was hoping to discuss with a dermatologist

Do you have the white patch in other part of your body or have any other relation with similar condition? Also take a snapshot of the area to see so I can be of further help. A common cause of skin depigmentation is vitiligo. Getting the skin color back around the depigmented area is always difficult. Treatment modalities include use of Ultraviolet radiation, use of corticosteroids containing creams. Take care
