    Good day, please keep in mind that weigh is also genetically determined. eating more frequently, making your meals healthy by ensuring you eat healthy fruits while ensuring you eat nutrient rich food. Exercise is also good as it will ensure fitness and keeps you fit while aiding uneven distribution of fat.
