if I got you right you meant a 23 day cycle. a normal cycle can be within 21 to 35 days. so there is nothing to be worried about. whatever the no of days of your cycle. take for instance if your days between your cycle is 28 days your ovulation day would be the 14th day counting from the first day of your menstrual cycle.and your fertile period would be plus or minus 3 days from that 14th day. meaning your cycle length is 26 days. your ovulation period would be on the 12th day and if your cycle length is 30 days your ovulation day would be 16th day . which translates that if your cycle length is 23days your ovulation day would be on the 9th day. and your ovulation period would be plus or minus 3 days. do you understand it.
