Oh. Thanks for the clarification. I don't think I want to take paracetamol because I have been made to believe that it's only effective against headaches. How many milligrams of Ibuprofen should I go for? Or should I just get the common one available?
    Dr. OLUWAFISAYO FAITH F answered:

paracetamol isn't for only headache. pls change that notion. well 400mg of ibuprofen morning after and night. should be taken after meal. depending on the severity of the pain. if not so severe. just morning and night after meal please.
