Gd day Madam.Congrats on ur pregnancy and sorry abt how u feel.Actually most of the symptoms u have can be caused by pregnancy itself,in d absence of Malaria. However,it wldnt be out of place to have urself tested for Malaria, just to be sure u dont have it.If positive u'd be treated accordingly. So, you do not have any reason to be worried.Try go for the test, and ur Doc will take it up from there. Stay well!

Fansidar is taken as a preventive measure against Malaria in Pregnancy. So,it is prophylactic(preventive),not therapeutic(for treatment). Again,I have a feeling you may not have Malaria. That is why a test would help. Meanwhile, try eating and sleeping well.Sometimes I recommend that for pregnant women who have Malaria with low parasite load and their immune system can deal with it,without drugs. I believe you will be fine. In summary: An MP test, show your Doc,eat well, sleep well. Warm regrds to the baby in your womb!

Gd day Madam. You would need to have an antimalarial. The policy of this platform prohibits prescription of drugs that are not OTC(Over the Counter) drugs. So,the ideal thing is to see ur Doc ,with ds result and get a prescription, especially because not all antimalarials are safe in pregnancy. Let us know how you feel thereafter. Take care Ma.
