    GoodAfternoon, sorry about that. You might be having a condition called Pleurisy which results from inflammation of the pleural which covers the lungs. This could result from pneumonia. Are you coughing or having fever? You should go to a hospital and have an Xray done. You can take Tab Ibuprofen 200mg twice daily to relieve the pain temporarily. Take care
