Hello. Good morny. I want to assume you have a gynaecologist who evaluated you after the loss, sorry about that. Your test is within normal range during first trimester. Which blood sugar test was done? Fasting or Random? If you are on proper medication and regular check up, you shouldnt have any problem. Please register on time for ante natal care. You will be fine.

FBS of 137mg/dl is high. You need to see a regular physician who will monitor your diabetes. For now, you should avoid sugary meals and high carbohydrates. You cannot be properly managed on a forum like this especially now that you're pregnant. Please see a regular physician and register for antenatal so you can be observed and monitored against early miscarriage. Pregnant is good for you. All the best madam.

Sorry about the pain. Does the pain come on its own and how long does it last? Does it feel like menstrual pain? Does it get relieved by change of position or drugs? Depending on how you counted your pregnancy age, if its from your last period date then 5 weeks pregnancy at this stage may just be 3 weeks old. I will say its normal to feel some tiny cramps resembling menstrual pain but when this becomes unbearable or if there's associated bleeding, you have to see your gynaecologist. Have a lot of bed rest, drink lots of water and eat more of fruits and vegetables. You will be okay. Cheers.

Am sorry for the late response. I believe you are okay now as the pain is actually normal at this stage. Do have a lovely week and remember to book your antenatal care on time.
