    good evening. A one time high BP measurement is not enough to say you suffer from 'hypertension' so, I'd advice you see a doctor to have a second reading. If again it remains high, you'd need to have some more 'tests' carried out to rule out a secondary(as a result of another condition) cause of the high BP. you might also need counselling on lifestyle changes...
