    Hello. Is it one breast or both breasts? Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Have you been trying to get pregnant? Are you on any drugs and what are their names? If above negative then it could be due to excess of an hormone, prolactin for which you need to see a gynaecologist.

    is it normal for ones cycle to last from 45to 50 days or even appear twice in a month?

    Hello. It is not normal to have a cycle last 45 to 50 days. 28 to 35 days is normal. Menses twice a month is possible with a 28 day cycle.

    Hello. There are several possibilities from hormonal causes as previously said to pelvic inflammatory disease to fibroids. I do not want to speculate. You need to see a gynaecologist ASAP as continued blood loss for so long may place you at other health risks.
