Question Asked:

"I had sex last on the second to the last week of December, I saw my period regularly but along the line around February I noticed pregnancy signs like nausea, leukorrhea, my breast grew bigger, dizziness, bitter taste in mouth, frequent urination but I lost weight tho, I took a pregnancy test both blood and urine tested negative, and I was free from Std's too, I later thought that maybe it was just malaria, so I treated malaria, d nausea seized for two weeks and later came back around early March, but u ignored it, I later noticed my tummy increasing, I took another test and it was negative, I went for a scan and they saw nothing, after that I experienced pains around my lower abdomen area and also around my tummy, it felt like jabbing pains, but it later reduced, as time went on I was left confused and don't even know what to do since the doctors saw nothing and d tests are negative, recently I started feeling movement and little slight pokes in my tummy area, and my tummy is still increasing too (I'll attach d photo) I don't know I'm confused, am I having a non hcg pregnancy? Hello. From what I see, I'm surprised the tests came out negative. Possibilities include a foetus in wrong position, fluid, swelling of an internal organ or a large cyst. Will advice you repeat the scan in a reputable lab, if negative you may need to do a ct scan of the abdomen. We can help refer you to a good lab.

When u say foetus in a wrong position, what kind of position could be wrong for a foetus

Any place outside the womb is wrong and is known as an ectopic pregnancy. It is mostly in the fallopian tubes. This is unlikely though in your case since the pregnancy test was negative.

So what do you suggest I do now? Because counting from after the week I had sex, if its pregnancy it should be sixteen weeks now

Hi. Repeat the scan make it a total abdominal scan which includes the pelvis. If nothing is seen, do a ct scan at a reputable lab.
