Hello. Sorry about this. You say you've been treating typhoid, may I ask what symptoms you had, how it was diagnosed and what drugs you used. I assume you mean cramps in your lower abdomen, is it central, on the left or the right? Any fever? Any vaginal discharge?

I went to d hospital last week and i ran a blood test because initially i thought i was pregnancy because the whole thing came with headache, fever n all that. last week the was at my lower abdomen. I was given some drugs doxycycline, Wezipro, smallish yellow tab I dnt know d name, red cap and other white cap and I took 2injection same day. The pain I had yesterday night night can not be compared to d previous in d sense that I can't lie down nor sit, I could only bend my waist on standing for more than an hour. the pain circulates all through my tummy frm bowel down to abdomen. my tummy belt was really aching me. i cant fathom the cause.

Hello. Your description fits that of an inflammation, however I would want to completely rule out pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease by doing a pelvic scan. If that is ruled out you can now take anti inflammatory drugs. However it may be wise to have another doctor examine you as a lot can be gathered by examining your abdomen.

I have done pelvic scan final result states there's no fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. No fibroid seen, no intra/extra uterine chests, endometrial plate is of normal thickness. Sonographic impression: . Normal pelvic scan

That's great. You can use Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily, not more than 5 days. Take with meals. Let's know if there's any improvement. Cheers.

I understand how daunting it can be. You say 3 years. Does that mean you've been pregnant before for your husband? You may need to see a gynaecologist to explore other options. You can send a mail to findadoctor@kangpe.com and we can arrange one. However with all you've said I believe you'll still get pregnant in due time.

Hello Doc, My last period came 4th may and run for 2days though it was late. I supposed to start another one 1st May and I haven't seen till now. I have been noticing a discharge that looks like Candida since 31st, yesterday nght i noticed my pant was wet on checking with mirror d discharge has formed around my virginal area, cleaned it with cotton bud. This morning after having sex it also came out. I have been trying to conceive for d past 2yrs, did all test that shows no blockage. Please advise.

Hello. Though pregnancy may be unlikely, first thing to do is a pregnancy test. If negative, do a high vaginal swab to know the cause of the discharge. I will advice you go along with your partner with the result to see a doctor because there will be risk of re infection if you treat yourself alone.
