Hello dear. Am sorry you have to go thru this. What's the color and smell of the discharge? Any pain when urinating? Any lower abdominal pain? Have you treated any infection in the past? Any unprotected sex recently? I will advise you don't self medicate. Please see a doctor who will order some test of your urine and discharge to be sure of the cause of infection and to know and appropriate antibiotics. The something on your breast, is it a swelling or pain or discharge? And for how long? Is it related to your menstrual period? Are you pregnant? Please answer the above questions or visit a doctor for proper examination. Cheers.

Sorry for the delay. What you having may just be a result of poor hygiene. I wish you described the smell. If it smells like rotten fish then it's likely Bacteria Vaginosis. If it's whitish and pap like, it's likely Candidiasis. Firstly, you should try rinsing after using the toilet. Also clean from front of your vagina to the back. Do not use soap, rinsing with water when bathing is enough. Wear cotton panties. Keep all undies clean and dry. You can buy Tabs Fluconazole 150mg and take it once. Add Canesten cream to be applied on the surface of your vagina morning and night after bathing for a week. If symptoms persists, please see a doctor for proper evaluation. Cheers.

You can start by doing breast examination every month just after your monthly period ends. Pick a day that is convenient for you, for example every 3 days after your period ends. Divide the breast into 4 parts, upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left. Examine each parts separately by checking for lump, discharge, change in the skin, anything you find please note. Do this every month for both breasts. If you suspect you have a lump, please visit your doctor to properly examine you to be sure it's not normal. Then a piece or all of the lump will be removed (depending on the size) and sent to the lab to know what it is for sure. The earlier you see a doctor the better. Please don't self medicate. Cheers.

Hello. Good morning. You can visit a reputable lab and have a urinalysis and urine m/c/s done to determine the cause of the infection. You can type the result here so I see what drugs will be needed. Some drugs cannot be prescribed here so you may prefer to take the result to see a doctor. All the best.
