You can check out for cabbages, lettuce, fresh spinach, garden egg, carrot, beans, water melon, oranges, mangoes, apples, potatoes, brown rice, corn, mushroom, beans. The listed here are common in mist European countries I know so am sure they will be available in Russia. Even if they aren't available, you can get the ones there. Use olive oil even for your salads.
Aside the heartburn do you occasionally have reflux or ulcer? Your weight could be a predisposing factor but there might be an underlying cause like gastroesophageal reflux or related to your diet.
Avoid food that aggravates it, don't eat close to bed time, don't wait to be so hungry before eating, don't lie immediately after eating and most importantly avoid alcohol.
