Good afternoon. I believe you are a student. The best way to boost your memory is to challenge your brain. Indulge in things that are challenging for your age and dint give up until you get the things right.
when you set out to study, set a time limit and make sure you meet up before you stop for the day. Study for at least 4 hours everyday.
Before studying, ensure you have a good time resting, at least 8 hours of sleep everyday.
Be determined to cause the change you so want.
Retentive memory is something you discipline yourself to achieve, every every study, give yourself exercise to do and score yourself. Before you begin the next day, spend time revising what you learnt the day before.
Like I said earlier, participate in challenging things in your area like in church, class, school, sports, trips etc.
All in all, eat a balanced diet everyday, exercise regularly and drink lot of water.
I hope you improve as you wish.
All the best.
