Hello Madam. happy weekend to you to. Yes you can sleep on your back but as the pregnancy progresses, we generally advice you sleep in a comfortable position. mostly on your left side..or with the aid of pillows. For the vomiting, funny thing is that it may continue throughout pregnacy, and it may stop next week. Its hard to say whose vomiting stops and whose on continues. though generally it should reduce drastically as you progress futher into pregnacy. For now you can eat smaller meals, avoid oily meals and things that indie vomiting for you.If it becomes severe and won't stop at all, you can try vitamin b6 (pyridoxine), ginger etc.if still not stopping please see your doctor. Lastly, constipation too is fairly expected. what you need to do here is increase vegetables, fruits like water melon and orange (including all its content)...also increase water significantly to help soften your stool. If it persists, please see.your doctor. wish you a safe delivery. cheers
