Hello madam. I am sorry about what you are going through. Any fever, pelvic pain, foul smelling vaginal discharge, changes in menses color, smell, flow and timing? These may point to a pelvic inflammatory disease. You should see your gynecologist for proper review and management. I will advise you keep taking the vitamin E and folic acid as it is beneficial, vit e is an antioxidant while folic acid prevents neural tube defects in the baby. Any history of hypertension or diabetes, sometimes this may also have adverse effects on pregnancy or prevent pregnancy. Ultimately please see your gynecologist for a complete review and appropriate management. You may send a mail to findadoctor@kangpe.com if you need help with appointment to see a gynecologist. Cheers madam.
