hello, though i cant see the attachment therein, the pharmacist is right. staph species are normal flora of the skin. they only cause disease under certain conditions. Now, the boil u av, av u had it examined by a doctor? was it the doctor that ordered the HVS? the HVS is not necessary in managing conditions on the skin of the private parts. such conditions are however better diagnosed when seen by a doctor. what is your state at the moment? are u getting better? if yes, continue the augmentin and wait for the boil to give out pus. u can take tab ibuprofen 400mg three time daily for the pain (if u dont av peptic ulcer). if u do, use paracetamol. the blisters need to be seen by a doctor to diagnose properly. over all, after completing the augmentin and u feel better then no problem. if u aint getting better, see a doctor for review. take care.
